Nancy Pigg

Nancy Pigg is the Vice President of Human Resources at Coloramo FCU. Nancy has worked in the financial industry for 45 years, holding several management and support positions across her career. In 2007, she graduated from the CUNA Management School, preparing her for a role in executive leadership.

As VP of Human Resources, Nancy is responsible for guiding the credit union’s decisions relating to all aspects of human resources. She oversees the payroll, benefits, and employee evaluation processes. She is an experienced mediator and valuable resource for Coloramo team members, helping them to navigate the details of the organization’s benefit plans and guiding them in their career development. As a passionate team member and talented, dedicated worker, Nancy knows exactly how important leadership is to the growth of the team and the credit union as a whole.

Nancy has witnessed the evolution of Coloramo, as she has helped guide the credit union from a small institution to what it is today, serving on our team for 25 years. Nancy is committed to making Coloramo the best credit union it can be.
